ASAplex F100
Use options for Asaplex F 100 for bitumen modification
ART, in cooperation with the Technical University of Vienna (Prof. Blab), has developed two products for application in conjunction with asphalt.
In street construction
Rubber granulate from old tires is processed into "rubber asphalt". This makes ASAplex F100 an alternative to conventional asphalt mixtures with regard to economy and safety.
ASAplex F100 is a low-filled rubber primarily based on natural rubber. Cryogen and mechanically prepared rubber with optimized conformity and an application-promoting proportion of synthetic short fibers are present in a specially adapted, defined ratio.
The advantages of ASAplex F100
- high deformation resistance in the high-temperature range
- excellent stiffness in the medium temperature range
- good breakage resistance in the low temperature range
ASAplex G250
Application options for Asaplex G 250 as a binding agent carrier.
ASAplex G250 is a highly filled rubber (primarily silica fillers) on the basis of synthetic rubber of the SBR type. Cryogen and mechanically prepared rubber with optimized conformity and an effective proportion of synthetic short fibers are present in a specially adapted, defined ratio.
The advantages of ASAplex G250
- prevents primarily the running of the binding agent (e.g. SMA, SMA L, etc.)

- no mastic enrichment of the asphalt surface
